1. GENERALBy commissioning me, you agree to all terms listed below. I reserve the right to refuse any commission without explanation. These terms apply to all commission types: SFW and NSFW.2. WHAT I WILL DRAW ✅- Original characters (OC)- Fan art (existing characters from games, anime, comics, etc.)- Monster girls / kemonomimi (human-based characters with animal ears, tails, etc.)- Pinup and suggestive content (SFW+)- Explicit NSFW content (18+ clients only - see Section 9)3. WHAT I WILL NOT DRAW ❌- Sexual content involving minors (characters under 18 or ambiguously aged)- Real people in sexual situations- Full furry/anthro characters (fully animal-bodied designs - as opposed to kemonomimi, which I do draw)- Full heavy mech/mechanical armor suits- Extreme fetish content (gore, scat, vore, and similar)- For NSFW content, I draw female characters as the main subject. Male characters may appear only as secondary/background figures, not as the primary focus of a piece.If you are unsure whether your idea falls into any of these categories, ask me before ordering.4. PAYMENT- Payments are processed securely through ArtiSTree (card, Stripe, or PayPal, depending on client preference).- Full payment is required upfront before I begin work.- I do not accept payment plans at this time.- Prices are listed in my commission sheet. Complex requests may be quoted individually.5. PROCESS & TIMELINE- You send your request with a reference of the character you want and a reference of the pose you're aiming for. Please be as clear as possible about what you want.- I confirm availability and send a quote.- You pay in full.- I send a rough sketch for your approval.- I complete the piece and deliver the final file.I do not accept commissions with an extremely tight deadline (1 week or less). Estimated turnaround: approximately 14 days from sketch approval, depending on the queue and complexity. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed deadline. Commissions are completed in the order they're received, and I will notify you of any delays.6. REVISIONS- 3 revisions are included at the sketch stage, covering both major and minor changes (pose, composition, design, etc.).- Once the sketch is approved and lineart begins, only minor adjustments are permitted - no major changes to pose or composition.- Any revisions beyond the 3 included, or major changes requested after sketch approval, will incur an additional fee of $5–15, depending on the size of the change.- No revisions are accepted once the final file has been delivered.7. CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS- Cancellations requested before I start the sketch: full refund.- Cancellations requested after the sketch is sent: 50% refund.- Cancellations requested once lineart/outline or coloring has begun: no refund.- If I cancel the commission on my end, a full refund will be issued.8. USAGE RIGHTS- You may use the finished artwork for personal, non-commercial purposes: profile pictures, wallpapers, printing for personal use, etc.- You may share the artwork online, but you must credit me as the artist (tag or link to my profile).- You may NOT sell, mint as NFT, use for AI training datasets, or use commercially without a separate commercial license agreement (see Licensing section in the commission sheet).- I retain full copyright and the right to post the artwork in my portfolio and on my social media.- If you do not want your commission posted to my social media or portfolio, inform me before ordering. This incurs an additional fee of +30% of the final price (base price plus all applicable add-ons).9. NSFW CONTENT- NSFW commissions are available only for clients who are 18 years of age or older.- By requesting NSFW content, you confirm that you are 18+.- All characters depicted in explicit content must be clearly adult in appearance.- I do not draw explicit content involving characters who appear to be minors, regardless of stated age in source material.- NSFW pieces are delivered as a separate file from any SFW version.- If you request both a clothed and unclothed version of the same pose, the alternate version is a separately rendered illustration (new shading/detailing) and is charged at +25-40% of the character's price (base package price + NSFW + complex design, if applicable - background is not recharged as it typically stays the same across both versions).10. CHARGEBACKS & DISPUTES- Filing a chargeback without first contacting me to resolve the issue will result in a permanent ban from future commissions and will be reported to the relevant platform.- If you have concerns about your commission, please contact me directly first.
